Back on track

The summer holidays have been GREAT! I have, as you might know, not had any time to write, so quite a lot of stuff has happened during the last two-three months. In short,
- I’ve been to London for five days with my boyfriend. Seen a lot of sights, but I wish I had more time! I really wanted to go to Madame Tussaud’s as well, but the line was sooo long and we didn’t have time to wait. But I saw Tower Bridge, Big Ben, London Eye, the aquarium, London Zoo, The Globe, Oxford Street, Cheers (the bar!), and a lot more. I shopped A LOT of clothes on Oxford Street, but oh my, I don’t think I’ve seen so many people on a regular weekday in my life. I also slipped and fell down the stairs at McDonald’s, which made my ass blue and yellow. But it was kind of hilarious. :p
- I’ve been visiting my mom and dad, introducing my boyfriend. We visited my brother and his girlfriend, who just gave birth to the most beautiful babygirl! We also went to the Zoo (Dyreparken) and took a lot of pictures!
- I’ve sightseeing Oslo, since I’ve never actually done that before (even though I’ve lived here for two years now).
- I’ve gotten really good at playing Guitar Hero! :P What a funfun game!
- I’ve done absolutely nothing at times, which has been sooooo good.
Now I’m back to school, and I have to say, it’s hard getting back on track again! Books and studying sound really dull, and I just want it to be summer forever.. But everything needs getting used to, so I’m sure everything will be easier in a few weeks.

Getting ready for summer
May 10. 2008 at 11:50 Daily life
The summer holidays are near, and I’m noticing that I’m getting busier and busier! I’ve just finished a big school project (making a portal and a CMS for a music festival), I got three exams coming up and also a last hand-in in one of my design subjects. I’m going to be soooooo relieved when I’m DONE! Having things like this in the back of my mind stresses me out a bit, but I know it will all be okay when I’m finished and I can enjoy the holidays!
This summer I’d like to travel a little bit, staying home a little bit and work a little bit. I’d love to go to New York or London, or maybe “just” taking a road trip to Sweden or around Norway. I don’t want to stay at home and work all summer!
Well, now I’m going to meet up with one of my friends, so that was all I had to say today!

Springtime!
I was positive it was springtime now, but this was what I woke up to

So I took some pictures inside the house instead.

Easter
March 20. 2008 at 23:49 Daily life
It’s Easter! I’m currently visiting my parents in Grimstad, who I haven’t seen in three months. It’s always strange to come “home” now that I’m so used to live by myself. My old room is not really my room anymore, more of a storage room where my mom keeps things she doesn’t know where else to put. It’s nice though, seeing my parents and childhood friends again. Although I miss Oslo and my boyfriend already!!!!!!!!
Hoping for an Easter egg filled with candy on Saturday. I never grow too old for some childish candy with lots of color! :)
Oh, and Theresa decided to make a new website, Cake. Be sure to visit it! :)

Back to the world of blogging
After two years of dead silence I decided to make this website into something useful again, a part from being a place of storage. I’ve had plans for this website for quite some time, I just haven’t had the time inspiration for it.
So, I’ve noticed one little thing; all of the blogs I used to read are all gone! Whoa.. I guess I’m not the only one who has had a hard time keeping up a blog. If you’re one of my old contacts, please e-mail me your new link!
Well, that’s all I have to say for tonight!
